This cured coating is collected in a
closed container and will be periodically disposed of off-site by a licensed contractor.
Over the course of one year, we anticipate the store will generate much less than 100 kg
of this cured resin material.
I believe we have submitted all forms and notices required by San Joaquin County for
management of this waste material. However, if you have any questions or require
additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at (513) 765-6274.
Yanku,ooison
Manager of Safety and Environmental Affairs
UQOR v
R E T A I L
4000 Luxottica Place - Mason, Ohio - 45040 81 14 - 513 765-6000 - www.lensci
