Facility's personnel training record lacked job description of trained employees and was incomplete. <br /> Training records must include but not limited to Name of employee, job title, Job description and training <br /> received. Provide the information and submit proof of corrective action to the EHD within 30 days of <br /> receiving this report. <br /> Minor- Notice to comply <br /> 133. A tank assessment was not available on site for the 250 gallon used oil tanks. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall obtain and keep on site a written assessment for each hazardous waste tank at the <br /> facility. This assessment shall be reviewed and certified by an independent, qualified, professional <br /> engineer, registered in California, and shall attest to the tank system's integrity. The assessment shall <br /> determine that the tank system is adequately designed and has sufficient structural strength and <br /> compatibility with the waste stored, and shall be written in accordance with Title 22 regulations. <br /> Immediately obtain written tank assessments for the used oil tanks at this facility in accordance with Title <br /> 22 regulations, maintain a copy on site at the facility, and submit a copy of each certified assessment to <br /> the EHD for review within 30 days of receiving this report. The copy will be returned after review. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector.
