Cyanide dead rinse m 1 replenished by <br />cyanide dead rinse 42. Cyanide dead rinse y2 replenished by nickel water rinse. All water must be <br />pump via sump pumps. No rinse water to pretreatment system. <br />2) Acid Copper Bath <br />Acid copper bath replenished by dead rinse. Dead rinse replenished by nickel water rinse. <br />,All water pumped via sump pump. No rinse water to pretreatment system. <br />3) Nickel Bath <br />Nickel bath is replenished by nickel rinse water. The nickel rinse water has incoming water <br />from 2- air compressor aftercooler. The over flow from the nickel rinse flows to the metal <br />chamber of pretreatment system. <br />4) Chrome Bath <br />Chrome bath is replenished by the mist rinsing of parts over tank. Additional water from <br />cluwome dead rinse or chrome rinse. Chrome dead rinse is replenished by mist rinse of parts over <br />tank. The chrome rinse tank has two incoming water sources. First is air compressor aftercooler <br />water. The second is the reuse of outgoing effluent from the pretreatment sy-stem prior to <br />discharge to city sewer.
