The enclosed
inspection report describes the findings of the inspection. Based on the
inspection and review of all available documents, DTSC recommends that the
two areas; main plating room and wastewater treatment area, be further
investigated to define the horizontal and vertical extent of the release to the
ground. As we discussed, you will be receiving a draft corrective action consent
agreement (Agreement) which is the mechanism for DTSC uses to recover the
oversight costs.
If you have any questions and or concerns, please contact me at (714) 484-5396.
SincerelVC'L-
Kian
4--
Soleiman
Hazardous Substances Scientist
Tiered Permitting Corrective Action Branch
Enclosure
cc: See next page.
® Printed on Recycled Paper
