Representative Present: <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control: <br />Leo Valdez, Hazardous Substances Scientist <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Heath: <br />John Jackson, Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />Kasey Foley, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />Delta Plating: <br />Sandra Baker, Owner of Delta Plating <br />Mike Tucker, Shop Foreman <br />Bernabe Aquino, Treatment Unit Operator <br />III. Observations: <br />John Jackson, Kasey Foley, and I arrived at Delta Plating the morning of May 6, 2003 <br />to conduct a generator of hazardous waste/tiered permitting inspection. We met Mike <br />Tucker in the office and Casey explained that we wanted to conduct an inspection. She <br />said that we may need to collect some samples and take photographs of waste being <br />
