This assessment shall be performed prior to placing <br /> the tank system in service and every five years thereafter. <br /> By July 19, 2007, provide documentation that a tank assessment has occurred for the CA <br /> units mentioned above. <br /> CCR section 66264.175 and 66265.193 as referenced by HSC 25200.3 <br /> The secondary containment for the wastewater filter press and the zinc phosphate filter <br /> press did not have an assessment reviewed and certified by a independent, qualified, <br /> professional engineer, registered in California. <br /> By July 19, 2007, provide documentation the secondary containment assessment has <br /> occurred for the CA units mentioned above. <br /> NOTICE TO COMPLY: <br /> #6. HSC, section 25200.3 (a) All units under CA are properly indicated on Form DTSC <br /> 1772. Provide updated forms for ZPHP and WWFP with the correct number of tank(s) <br /> and container(s). <br /> #7. HSC, section 25200.3 (e) All generator identification information on Form DTSC <br /> 1772 is correct. Provide updated forms. <br /> #8. HSC, section 25200.3 (e) The submitted plot plan/map adequately shows the location <br /> of all regulated units. Provide an updated plot plan/map. <br /> #9. HSC, sections 25200.3 (b)(4) and (c)(7) — There are records documenting <br /> compliance with sewer agency pretreatment standards.
