In addition if a material meets the definition of a "reusable household hazardous waste product or material" as defined in 25218.1(o) then that material would not need to be manifested (i.e., you must have a compliant materials exchange program at the facility, including a Quality Assurance Plan, to do this activity). I left him a voice mail telling him that you can not use a manifest & then destroy it. I'm still a bit sick after being out yesterday. This appears to be a house hold haz waste event. They should just be able to transport back to the main facility & not sure why they are doing what they're doing. Can either of you get back to him?
