Freemont. <br />The permit to remove and replace a spill bucket at the above referenced site has been <br />approved with the following conditions. <br />Contact the Fire department & San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for applicable permits. <br />Provide a site health & safety plan for inspector review at the job site. <br />Have a certified tank tester perform a tank integrity test once the work has been <br />completed.
