SPENCER <br />above referenced sites. I understand that you have scheduled the work to begin on Store No. <br />Architect <br />Vice President <br />17334 the first week of August 1998 and Store No. 20632 the first week of September 1998. <br />The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJCDEH) <br />requires information on all contractors and subcontractors that will be performing the petroleum <br />B RU c E J. GREENFIELD <br />scopes of work. These applications have been submitted to Michael Kith at SJCDEH, but have <br />Managing Architect <br />not been approved yet. Based upon the field activities and inspection report prepared by <br />Associate <br />Michael Kith during the tank removal at Store No. 14117 on Country Club Boulevard in <br />Stockton, I need additional information from you. I must submit a revised application to the <br />SJCDEH as soon as possible to insure permit approval is obtained prior to your scheduled <br />JAMES E.
