SPENCER comments for permits to remove and install underground storage tanks and upgrade the <br />Architect <br />Vice President equipment at the above referenced site. The following is enclosed for your review and <br />approval: <br />L Installation <br />BRUCE J. GREENFIELD <br />Managing Architect <br />Associate 1. The tank installation instruction manual is delivered to the installer under manifest when <br />the tank is delivered. Enclosed is a copy of the Installation Instructions. <br />2. The automatic mechanical line leak detector is the Vaporless Manufacturing LD 2000 <br />Regional Manager <br />JAMES E. P R E S T E N Series. There is two leak detector styles in the LD 2000 Series: the LD 2000E and the LD <br />Associate 2000E -S. The LD 2000E -S will be install because with this model the pump shuts off if a <br />leak is detected. <br />GARY M. SEMLING 3. Enclosed are three (3) copies of the revised Sheet G-5 showing the interstitial sensor at the <br />Managing Architect end of the tank and a cut out section to show that the tank is double walled (polyethylene <br />Associate jacket over interstitial standoff mesh over primer coated steel). <br />4. The probe to be installed in the tank sump is the Tidel 0301-0642-001. See enclosed <br />B LYTHE R.
