The permit <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at(209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume shut off. <br /> • Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test(or <br /> equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> • Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87-octane and 91-octane tank prior <br /> to the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the 87-octane and 91-octane tank, a secondary containment test <br /> must be performed on the 87-octane and 91-octane tank once concrete is poured in accordance with <br /> the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 1868 E.
