The sump sensor that we will be using is a Veeder-Root #794380-208 and is <br />approved on the LG 113-13 list. (cut sheet is enclosed) <br />2. Yes, a flex boot is going to be used by CTC Mfg. (Cut sheet enclosed). <br />3. The correct piping sump sensor is going to be Veeder-Root sensor #794380-208 and <br />the flex connector made by Tite-Flex model #110165-24-L. <br />4. Page 8, 19 (E) is completed and enclosed. <br />5. A. A detailed diagram of where the vent pipes meet the ground and how they will be <br />corrosion protected. <br />B. NO monitoring wells. <br />6. The turbine sump will be XERXES (Cut sheet enclosed). <br />7. Enclosed is the corrected monitoring and response plan with correct sensors. <br />8.
