El Dorado Street, Stockton <br />COPY <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (EHD) has <br />performed further review of your submittal for application to install underground storage <br />tanks at the above referenced site. <br />Please submit the following documentation prior to issuance of a permit: <br />1) Sump sensor (part number 794390-205/208) is not on the approved LG 113- <br />13 list. Please provide cut sheets for a piping sump sensor that is approved, or <br />provide documentation that indicates that this is an approved sensor. <br />2) If a flex boot is going to be used, please submit cut sheets. <br />3) Please submit an addendum to the plans stating the correct piping sump sensor <br />and flex connector to be installed. <br />4) Page 8, 19(E) needs to be completed. The primary piping and secondary <br />containment systems must be installed in accordance with industry code of <br />practice and voluntary consensus standards. <br />5) The plans require the following information: <br />a. A detailed diagram of where the vent pipes meet the ground and how <br />they will be corrosion protected. <br />b.
