If all the conditions listed in paragraph 8 above are met,then five(5)years from the filing <br /> 3 date of this document,the stayed penalty shall be suspended permanently. i <br /> 4 11. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND FIVE <br /> 5 HUNDRED FORTY-NINE DOLLARS ($3,549.00)as partial recovery of the cost of investigation <br /> 6 and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 7 DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and Ravable to the aforementioned agency,and shall be i <br /> 8 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 9 Unit,on or before OCTOBER 1,2009. <br /> 10 12. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT <br /> 11 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,800.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 12 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney.
