Mar 16 12 07:33a Elite IV Contactors 12094616342 p.l <br />j <br />113 <br />March 15, 2012 <br />To Stacy Rivera, REHS <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />Regarding our phone conversation March 14, 2012 <br />Temporary Tank Closure at Quick N Save 1901 El Dorado Street, Sto Eaton, CA 95206 <br />Turbines in both tanks have already been removed. <br />Tank will be sealed with dry ice and every three months or as needed it safety levels will be <br />checked to comply with 2671 Temporary closure requirements. <br />Site is located in the city limits with no drinking wells or septic shoe? i on property. <br />Site currently has monitoring wells located on property for soil testing taeing done by Advanced <br />Geo. See attached map provide by Advanced Geo with locations. <br />Attached is a new copy of the site map with locations to best of our Jn --,wledge of piping and <br />lengths from dispensers to tanks. <br />Note: <br />STP in 9,000 gallon UST, furthest is approximately 36' from closes: , ispenser. <br />STP in 3,000 gallon UST, closet is approximately 25' from closest Ali i)enser. <br />Two dispensers on island are approximately 19' apart. <br />Thank you for your help <br />Carrie Miller <br />Elite 1V Contractors <br />tet, � <br />
