However, the inspector did not visually check for leaks
in the piping in UDC 3-4 to verify that there is no leak in the primary piping. This is different from testing secondary
containment in UDC 3-4. An appointment must be made to inspect the primary piping for leaks in UDC 3-4.
1 will go over what still needs to be done to bring this facility into compliance when you come into the Environmental
Health Department office today. What time should I expect you?
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(a-sicehd.com
From: venus mcdonald [mailto:venusrename@gmail.com]
Sent: Friday, June 2, 2017 7:10 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: Re: Notice to Abate for 24 Hour Gas and Mart
Good morning Vicki
Yes we have been dispensing gas for about a week. Gavin did fix the underground piping for 3 &4. The
inspector that came out filled the underground containment area up with water and waited an hour to see if there
were any leaks.
If we need to do it again we can. Just let me know. Thank you for looking into this for me. I will be in Oakland
all morning but when I get back in town I will Come into the office.
Thank You
Venus McDonald.
On Thu, Jun 1, 2017 at 2:06 PM, Vicki McCartney [EH] <vmccartneygsicehd.com> wrote:
Hello Venus,
