Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "This site is required <br /> to pull a permit for the replacement of sensor model 794380-208 serial#469862." In the <br /> corresponding Violation checklist, a check was placed next to"HSC 25286(a)—Permit to <br /> alter monitoring system." <br /> Response: In response to your request,we applied for a permit to alter the monitoring <br /> system on October 7, 2004. We received approval from your office on October 13, 2004. <br /> The 87 syphon fill sump sensor, Veeder Root model 794380-208 serial#469862,was <br /> installed and tested on October 7, 2004. <br /> 1 have enclosed a copy of our application for a permit and your approval. With the <br /> transmittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the above-mentioned alleged <br /> violation associated with this routine inspection conducted on October 7,2004 has been <br /> resolved.
