OX SERIES DISPENSER PAN <br />INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS <br />GENERAL ASSEMBLY <br />Important — <br />Pan installation requires the use of boss -mount shear <br />valves and 1-1/2" male flex connectors. Total <br />Containment Flex Jackets can be used to isolate flex <br />connectors in this application. <br />PRE -INSTALLATION <br />Step One — Installing Entries <br />Before installing dispenser <br />pan, layout and measure for <br />appropriate drill locations. <br />Refer to dispenser footprint <br />for location of product, <br />vapor, and conduit entries. <br />For further directions, please refer to the Bulkhead <br />Fitting Installation Instructions, BFI726, that are <br />supplied with the bulkhead fittings. <br />Step Two — Installing Pan Boot <br />Install pan entry boot as per <br />instructions on the template <br />provided with the pan entry <br />boot. <br />Step Two <br />Publication No.: DXPI200 <br />Effective Date: 09-17-95 <br />Supersedes: NEW <br />Mount stabilizer bar into <br />unistruts. <br />Step Three <br />Attach the shear valve <br />bracket to the stabilizer bar <br />using the hardware provided. <br />Adjust the height of the <br />bracket so that the shear <br />section of the shear valve is <br />even with the top of the <br />frame. <br />For Presssure and Suction Systems —_ <br />[Anchoring] <br />Step One — <br />Put dispenser anchor bolts <br />through holes located on <br />frame. Be sure threaded part <br />is above frame as shown in <br />photograph. Put a washer <br />and a nut above and below <br />the frame.
