This information was required to be submitted by June 27, 2015 . This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. Violation# 106-The <br /> monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. In the UST Monitoring plan Tank ID#TA0504851 (87 <br /> Master STP Sump) in the section "Pipe Monitoring is Performed Using the Following Method's", the Leak Sensor <br /> Model is listed as a 794380-323. This is incorrect. The correct Leak Sensor Model is a 208. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 201 CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow up actions. <br /> Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The 2013 Monitoring System <br /> Certification test results were not fount on site. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. <br /> Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and <br /> maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the <br /> field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) <br /> results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring <br /> records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible <br /> on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the : <br /> - 91 STP sump on the east side <br /> -87 STP Slave sump on the east side <br /> -87 STP Master sump on the east side <br /> If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br /> properly. The service technician removed 1/2 gallon of liquid from the 91 STP, 87 STP Master and 87 STP Slave <br /> sumps.
