The following are Class II (Repeat) <br />Violations: 310, 311: <br />310. About a gallon of liquid was observed in the 87 -octane fill sump. If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the 87 -octane fill sump is maintained free of liquid. <br />Observed technician placed the liquid in hazardous waste container in the back. Violation was corrected <br />on site. <br />311. The 87 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed. Violation was corrected on site. <br />NOTES <br />Financial responsibility document was submitted to CERS website. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Received By: <br />04/19/12 ( j n Page 3 — I UST INSPECTION REPORT <br />
