The following are Class II (Repeat) <br />Violations: 310, 311: <br />310. About a gallon of liquid was observed in the 87 -octane fill sump. If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the 87 -octane fill sump is maintained free of liquid. <br />Observed technician placed the liquid in hazardous waste container in the back. Violation was corrected <br />on site. <br />311. The 87 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed.
