Updated UST Monitoring and Response Plans, including over -fill prevention <br />comments (Section IX), Best Management Practices addendum, and site plans, are <br />enclosed. <br />2. Mechanical leak detectors were tested on 8/24/07. Results are enclosed. <br />3. Hazardous waste labels have been sent to the site to attach to drums (copies <br />enclosed). Labels will be attached to replacement drums after existing drums are <br />picked up for disposal. <br />4. Evergreen Environmental Services has been notified to pick up the drums now on <br />site and replace with reconditioned drums. <br />5. Both the Franchisee and Elite IV Contractors (Quik Stop's maintenance <br />contractor) have been cautioned to keep the drums closed unless being filled. <br />6. Quik Stop Markets, Inc. will make every effort to dispose of accumulated <br />hazardous waste in more timely fashion. <br />7. The emergency contacts and their phone numbers are included in the HMMP <br />(TAB 1, Red Binder). However, the phone list for Hazardous Materials <br />Emergencies should be posted next to the phone. A copy is enclosed. <br />8. A Return to Compliance Certification is enclosed. <br />
