The District <br />Advisor for this store has been directed to instruct the store Franchisee on the requirement <br />to check the monitoring panel each day and log alarm status, as well as note any action <br />taken. <br />Elite IV Contractors Inc. is the repair and maintenance contractor for this site and they <br />keep file copies of work orders and invoices for all R&M activities. Please feel free to <br />schedule file reviews at Elite IV's office at your and their convenience, if necessary. <br />Spill and vapor return buckets are checked and cleaned out periodically. Liquids and/or <br />absorbent materials are stored in drums on-site, subject to Title 22 CCR requirements, <br />pending transport and disposal. <br />Return to Compliance Certification is enclosed. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please call. <br />
