Our invoice is not complete as of yet and we will forward as soon as it is. Please <br />read below and advise if more information is required. This email is not complete as there is more information to follow with <br />invoice and print outs. . <br />I attached the Inspection reports (in case you need them). There are no print outs attached to the job we are trying to round them <br />up. <br />Call came in on 6/23/12 — Emergency Response — Randy Benham reports (1-1) fuel alarm, regular down. <br />Day 1 - (6/23/12) Investigate 87 STP, found fuel coming out of secondary. Removed about 2 gallons of product. Did not see any <br />fracture on primary, checked all Bravo pans, no fuel, locked and tagged out. PSI testing on 87 line three, 15 minute test all 3 bled <br />down from operating pressure at about 41 psi to 6psi. Left snap tab setup in D1/2. <br />Day 2 (6/25/12) Removed fuel from product line, removed fuel from sump. Break a part product line in STP sump to <br />cap line, (no ball valve). Prep 4 dispensers to test. Pressure test line 20 PSI for 1 hour, dropped 2.5 PSI. Prep for helium <br />test, helium tested and located helium at D5/6. Cleaned up site, place dispensers back in service, will return. 87 line to <br />remain LOTO and out of service. <br />Day 3 (6/26/12) Excavate to 87 products on D5 side, located piping, replaced with new. Replaced sections of pipe <br />under the dispenser 5/6 as needed to correct line leak. <br />Day 4 (6/27/12) Replaced drain valve on mid grade fill bucket. Replaced float on mid grade product in UDC rj. Tested <br />87 primary line at 40 PSI, tested all above with inspector he approved test on line. Tested 87 secondary line at 5PSI, <br />repaired decay on hex nut in D1/2 (lubed o -ring). Held for 2 hours, backfilled. <br />Day 5 (6/28/12) Installed rebar and poured concrete in front of D5. Tested 87 secondary line after concrete was placed <br />and UDC 5/6 with inspector, both passed. Purged 87 line, third party precision tested line, passed.
