The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater (or equivalent). <br />b. Verify corrosion protection on 87 product secondary containment boot band clamps <br />under dispenser 5/6. <br />c. Verify correct operation of the dispenser 1/2 middle float and chain device. <br />d. Secondary containment testing on the dispenser 5/6 sump and the 87 product line, <br />after backfill and pouring concrete. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the 87 octane UST system in the <br />prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />
