Excavate near and around dispenser #5-6. <br />2. Replace nipple penetrating the floor of the UDC that connects the <br />shear valve with a 45 degree elbow (Nipple is black galvanized steel) <br />3. Replace the ULC Flex Boot (BFH3-30-C-TC) on secondary line <br />4. Test repair, inspect repair and backfill <br />5, Replace the midgrade BRAVO float and chain kit FA -KIT -1 in <br />dispenser #1-2 (photo enclosed) <br />6. Replace Phil -cite Drain valve handle and assembly (85400) on 89 spill <br />bucket (diagram enclosed) <br />'2-1 <br />June A2012 <br />
