Heath. Initial call was for repairs to
Secondary containment sump reducer that had failed over time. Secondary containment test is required
Anytime concrete is broken to make repairs to a tank. Initial secondary test failed, we applied 2psi pressure
To secondary annular space and located leak at the Regular fill riser bungfftberglass containment joint.
Vacuum was applied to secondary annular space and sealant was applied to the failed joint.
' Secondary containment systems where the continuous monitoring automatically monitors loth the primary and secondary
containment, such as systems that are hydrostatically monitored or under constant vacuum, are exempt from periodic containment
testing.
