Hammer Lane <br />Stockton, CA <br />Dear Mr. Backus: <br />i.. <br />Pursuant to your inspection of July 7, 2011, the premium (9 1) relay was sticking and <br />did not pass the positive shut down on the monitor certification. The relay contact was <br />replaced by Valero Maintenance on July 7, 2011. Tanknology retested the operation <br />prior to leaving the site. <br />Enclosed are the repair permit and two checks totaling $732.
