Phil-Tite Protocol for 5 Gallon Capacity (Volume) Testing for the 85000 Series Spill Collector <br />Poasible Cause — was the black debris bucket rernoved? <br />Was all debris removed from the spill collector before performing a liquid capacity <br />teat? The black debris bucket catches most debris obstauleu (cigarette butts, <br />paper, gum, candy wrappers, rocks, etc.) The debris bucket can be removed <br />and empty without having to place. your hand inside the spill bucket to remove <br />this debris. The debris bucket must be removed before performing a capacity <br />test. <br />Possible Cause — Large Outer Spill Bucket Seal <br />® The large outer spill bucket seal seals the black spill bucket inside the stainless <br />steel sleeve and prevents any liquid from leaking between the two. if a leak is <br />suspect in this area remove the black spill bucket from the stainless steel sleeve <br />using Phil-Tite tool (T-7101, Black) and replace the large Buna-N "0" Ring <br />(86036-N) per the °O" Ring replacement instructions. Re -Install the black spill <br />collector per the spill colloctor installation instructions. <br />* Record and Photograph all failed measurements. <br />6 of 7 <br />
