Hammer Lane <br />Stockton, CA <br />Dear Mr. Backus: <br />,RSC I D <br />AUG 0 4 �Uiu <br />ff <br />Pursuant to your inspection of July 8, 2010, the liquid has been removed from the <br />premium (91) annular space and placed in the hazardous waste drum on site by Justin <br />with Alpha Petroleum on July 27, 2010. Filter recycling will pick up the waste drum at <br />a later date. <br />I spoke with Don Marcetti regarding the correct date of the secondary containment <br />testing.
