HAMMER LN. <br /> STOCKTON,CA 95210 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to repair Bravo product penetrations and the repair of Bravo compression fittings <br /> in UDC 1/2, 5/6 and 7/8, along with the replacement of the spill container and mechanical line leak <br /> detector on the 87 product UST system. The Bravo iiB2000 retrofit-kit instructions shall be followed. The <br /> work will be performed on the underground storage tank(UST) system at the above noted address. The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Cesar Ruvalcaba at(209) 953-6213 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect a <br /> leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> • Spill container test. Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test(or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> • UDC test. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC sumps 1/2, 5/6 and 7/8. <br /> Verification of Bravo installation procedures and instructions as outlined in the iiB2000 <br /> retrofit-kit. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. If concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on the <br /> tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 5. Secondary containment testing for the UDC sumps 1/2, 5/6 and 7/8 is required six months <br /> after installation/repair.
