Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Contact Garrett Backus to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48 hour notice is <br />required): <br />• Functionality test of the annular liquid sensor. <br />3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
