Hammer Lane testing inspeciton
Hello Amritpal,
On May 26, 2017 you submitted the Return to Compliance Certification form and at that time you stated that "I have
taken care of all of the violations that were given. I had Elite IV Contractors fix the 208 sensor and 7-8 leakage. I have
also updated the CERS."
Today I did not accept the submittal to CERS because the UST tank information is not correct. Please make the necessary
revisions and upload the revisions to CERS so that violation 104 can be closed. Also you did not address:
Item 101— No permit to operate.
Item 121— Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. This involves the
5/17/16 inspection that still has outstanding violations that need to be addressed.
Item 205 — Failed to have an approved UST response plan available onsite.
Please provide a statement and documentation, if appropriate, for the items listed above and contact me if you have
any questions.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(,d-)sjcehd.com
r •ej° nvg,
