The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Inspect the dispenser installation and under dispenser containment. Verify that the <br />under dispenser containment (UDC) is large enough to collect leaks from the <br />dispenser piping. <br />b. Sensor functionality: Testing of the UDC liquid sensors or float and chain devices <br />under the replaced dispensers. Functionality of the monitoring system must be <br />verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title <br />23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />c. Visual inspection of the product piping in the new dispensers to verify product line <br />tightness. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />
