The <br />alarms were noted on the DO reports. The site was not selling fuel at the time of the <br />alarms and hadn't been for several months, so the conclusion is that the "sensor out" <br />alarms were due to construction. No liquid or lifted sensors were found at time of the <br />monitoring cert. The alarms cleared themselves. Both dispensers alarmed at the same <br />time, so a wiring issue due to construction most likely was the cause. <br />f3d: Annual employee training: For now attached is a copy of the training log with just <br />ra:ul as the trainee. The site has been closed for several months. No employees have been <br />*n site. The site is due to reopen in the next few weeks & all employees will be trained by <br />the DO at that time. <br />
