INVENTORY EQUIPMENT: Veeder-Root TLS -350 MAG 1 Probe Series 847390 <br />The Canepa management will complete daily product inventory reconciliation. <br />1. Approval meters for tank inputs and withdrawals in accordance with CCR Title 4, <br />Chapter 9, Subchapter 1 Tolerance and Specifications for Commercial weighing and <br />measuring devices. <br />2. Inventory reconciliation "exceeding a variation of 1.0 percent of the monthly metered <br />sales plus 130 gallons must be investigated in accordance with the section." <br />3. The inventory will be reconciled monthly by the Operator, and: <br />Should inventory reconciled indicate a loss greater than specified, the investigative <br />steps outlined in California Code of Regulations, Title 23 Waters, Subchapter 15 <br />Underground Tank Regulations, Article 4, Section 2646(k), will be implemented. <br />4. Annually the Operator will submit the attached inventory certification form to the <br />local agency. <br />
