NO. 464324 <br />February 10, 1987 <br />Laurie Cotulla, R.S. <br />Environmental Health Division <br />San Joaquin Local Health District <br />P.O.Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Re: Vadose Monitoring Systems for Quik Stop Stores <br />Dear Ms: Cotulla: <br />Please find enclosed site diagrams for tic Stop Stord9>#1,and #121 showing the <br />proposed locations of vadose monitoring wells. <br />According to the State Guidelines for monitoring existing underground tanks, store <br />120 requires (5) monitoring wells, one each for (3) gasoline tanks and (2) for the <br />diesel tank at this site.
