TO: Mr. Frank Buckingham, Quik Stop 1120 <br />FROM: Pam Violett, San Joaquin county Environmental Health Division <br />DATE: March 9, 1993 <br />RE: Inventory Reconciliation and Annual Report for Underground <br />storage Tanks (UST's) <br />our office has not received an Annual Report from your facility for <br />the reporting period of 1992. I have enclosed an Annual Report <br />farm developed by our office for, reporting purposes. Please use <br />this copy as a master and make copies as necessary. <br />I have also enclosed a copy of the notice sent out with the annual <br />facility billing statement regarding the 1/1/93 deadline for <br />monitoring UST's utilizing manual inventory reconciliation. As a <br />site in a high groundwater area, your facility is subject to the <br />1/1/93 monitoring requirements. The available options are outlined <br />in the notice.
