Return to Compliance Certification. <br />2. Item 305 on the UST Summary of Violations appears to have been addressed at the time <br />of inspection. Item 310, the liquid observed in the 87 and 91 fill sumps was removed by <br />Elite Contractors, Inc., Stockton, California on June 3, 2014 (see attached job work <br />order). Item 104, the certificate of financial, responsibility has been uploaded to CERS for <br />review by EHD (copy attached),Item 105, the site plan will be updated to include the <br />location of the monitoring panel and uploaded to CERS. Item 202, copies of the approved <br />monitoring and response plan will be sent to the site. <br />3. Items 122, 705, and 812 on the Hazardous Waste Summary Violations. Item 122 & 705, a <br />copy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest No. 00578541.5FLE is attached. Item <br />812, copies of disposal records are being sent to the site to be included in Tab 5 of the red <br />binder. <br />4. Item 605, the drums of waste on site at the time of inspection were picked up by Belshire <br />Environmental Services Inc. on June 3, 2014. The contractors have been instructed to <br />review and follow procedures on labelling of hazardous waste containers. <br />
