Beckman Road <br />Lodi CA 95240 <br />November 8, 2001 <br />A recent review of this facility's file indicated that this office has not received your annual <br />monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line tightness results (if applicable). According to <br />CCR 2637 (b) this testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. In addition, this <br />office must be notified of the test date and time within 48 hours of performing the test. <br />Furthermore, results from the testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test <br />completion.
