Monitoring Equipment On -Hand <br />1- Ronan X76-LVC5-5 <br />Block building, northwest corner <br />of property <br />10- Ronan LS -3 tank level sensors, <br />One probe located in annular space <br />two for each tank <br />between outer and inner tanks. <br />One probe located in submersible <br />pump containment <br />The wall mounted Ronan X76 will be <br />checked daily by one or more designated <br />empolyees. The unit will be tested <br />BiAnnually. The submersible pump containment <br />area will be inspected weekly by one <br />or more employees, as will the annular space <br />between the tanks. <br />The tanks will be gauged once a day <br />by inserting appropriate gauge stick in fill <br />end of tank. <br />Fuel tanks will be checked for water once a week. <br />Tanks will be visually observed for any spill on the surface on a daily basis. <br />Tanks are monitored electrinically on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Richard <br />Thorpe is the person responsible for seeing that t monitoring system is working. <br />Irl -IL Qe-�sPy i$oJ'a Le>✓'rt`®/,.�✓% <br />In the event of fluid being found in the secondary containment, the liquid shall <br />be pumped from the space utilizing our pumper delivery trucks. Richard Thorpe is <br />responsible for project commencement and completion. The proper authorities shall <br />be notified within the proper time limits. <br />-✓fCS G cc <br />
