Lodi, CA 95241 <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS 1, CLASS 0, or MINOR -Notice to Com <br />On site to conduct routine inspection and witness the annual monitoring system certification testing. <br />Repeat violations: #4, 7, 21, 23(c-e)(d), 24. Violations: #9, 12. <br />#4 The certification of financial responsibility and letter of chief financial officer have not yet been <br />submitted to this office for 2010. These documents must be current with this office. Correct immediately. <br />Submit the CFR & CFO letter for 2010 to this office by 7-25-10. <br />#7 Maintenance records were not available for review for the following alarms: <br />L2 91 fill sump fuel alarm on 2-5-10, 1-18-10, 12-11-09. <br />L4 diesel fill sump fuel alarm on 2-9-10. <br />L8 87 stp sump fuel alarm on 1-18-10, 12-11-09, 8-24-09 <br />L7 91 stp sump fuel alarm on Dec. 7, 11, 12, 2009. <br />L10 diesel AB stp sump fuel alarm 8-24-09. <br />Maintenance records must be retained for 3 years. Correct immediately. Submit copy of the <br />maintenance records for this alarm to this office by 7-25-10. <br />#9 Red dye diesel was leaking from the fuel filter at the dispenser #5/6 and created a wet circular area <br />on the ground about 1 foot in diameter. The concrete around this disperser is also darkly stained. UST <br />system must be operated to prevent unauthorized release. Technician corrected during the inspection by <br />using an absorbent pad to clean up the spilled diesel and tightened the filter to stop the unauthorized <br />release of red dye diesel. <br />#12 The Veeder Root 208 sensor in the vent sump is not functioning properly to detect a leak. UST <br />monitoring system must be maintained to detect a leak. Correct immediately by having a licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor repair/replace the failed component under permit by the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department. <br />#21 Approximately 4 gallons of water was in the vent sump and about a cup of water was in the #16 <br />diesel tank fill sump.
