Int.pump and checked for leaks, no visual leaks found. <br />#2 87: Leaks found at the nipples from the flex to the fittings, removed 31/2 nipple at the 90 to ball valve. Replaced <br />it and functional element. Removed the leak detector cleaned pipe dope off and reinstalled performed 3.0 test and <br />passed . <br />#3: No visual leaks found. <br />#4: Found brass/cooper tubing at leak detector leaking, replaced. <br />Replaced all 4 STP lid gaskets. <br />UDC Repairs: <br />1& 2 : Found leaks from unions to top of the meters, tighten diesel and 91 unions, replaced meter gaskets on diesel <br />meter and filter. <br />3 & 4: Found leaks on 87 and 91 unions, tighten all three, including diesel . Replaced o -ring at synoid then tighten all <br />points at meters. <br />5 & 6 :Tighten all leak points at meters replaced one gasket on #6. Removed 1 1/2 plug on #5 cleaned ,reinstalled. <br />7 & 8: Replaced meter gaskets that were leaking, tighten all leak points at meters. <br />9 & 10: Replaced meter gaskets that were leaking tighten all leak points on meters.
