Pipe monitoring panel model is TLS350 Pipe monitoring leak sensor model is 794380- <br />208. Mechanical line leak detector is yes. Electronic line leak detector is no. Pipeline annual test has been marked yes. If so than pay for these annual tests <br />as indicated and send us the results. If not, then mark NO. Stops flow at UDC should be NO. UDC is single wall. UDC secondary information is NOT <br />APPLICABLE. UDC sensor model # is 794380-208. ELD is NO. Comments Additional Information should list, "Mechanical flapper set at 95% overfill <br />prevention." Only difference between all tanks is that the 87 UST TA0131015 should list UST sensor model as 344.
