Contact Aris Cacapit to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is <br />required <br />a. Measurement of drop tubes to verify the 95% tank volume shutoff. <br />b. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 89 & 91 spill bucket. <br />c. Verify minimum 5 gallon capacity. <br />d. Inspector to witness corrosion protection prior to backfill. <br />e. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches <br />below the top of the spill bucket, regardless of the 89 & 91 spill <br />bucket's capacity. <br />f. Test operation of the drain valve of the 89 & 91 spill bucket. <br />g. Inspector to witness spill bucket testing after concrete is poured. <br />7. If concrete is broken near the UST, a third party tank integrity test and/or line <br />integrity test (or equivalent) must be performed, once concrete is poured in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by the <br />EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating condition. <br />8.
