Grant Line Road <br />otherwise known as Cheaper #37. I found that the waste oil tank <br />registered with the Public Health Services - Environmental Health <br />Division as TA140406 was not in use and had not been used in a <br />number of years. <br />Under TITLE 23, DIVISION 3, CHAPTER 16, ARTICLE 7, SECTION 2670 <br />OF THE CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS: the waste oil tank must be <br />placed in use and monitored, SECTION 2670(D); temporarily closed, <br />SECTION 2671; or permanently closed, SECTION 2672. SECTION <br />2670(e) states that "The time period between cessation of <br />hazardous substance storage and application for temporary or <br />permanent tank closure shall not exceed 90 calendar days. The <br />closure permit application must be submitted'for review by this <br />office and the fee and inspection requirements satisfied. <br />If you intend to place this tank <br />must be precision tested prior t <br />an approved method.
