TURN OFF GASOLINE EMERGENCY SHUTOFF SWITCH AT CHECKSTAND. <br />2. CHECK TO SEE IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY INJURIES. <br />3. MAKE SURE NO ONE IS SMOKING AROUND THE AREA OF THE GAS SPILL. <br />4. CONTAIN SPILL WITH ABSORBENT MATERIAL TO KEEP FROM SPREADING <br />(KITTY LITTER FROM STORE SHELVES). <br />5. CALL THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br />6. CALL MAIN OFFICE AT 800-924-3273. <br />7. CALL SAN JOAQUIN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH 209-468-3420' OFFICE OF <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES 800-852-7550. <br />8. NOTIFY BY PERSONAL VISIT IF NEIGHBORING RESIDENCES, <br />BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS WHICH COULD BE AFFECTED BY A RELEASE <br />THREATENING OFFSITE. <br />The Customer Company will contact: John Johnson, Chuck Stiede, or <br />Ned Roscoe for cleanup authorization. <br />MONITORIN8 EQUIPMENT <br />The store monitoring equipment consists of: <br />a) Leak detectors in the product pipeline <br />b) Leak Sensor II alarm in backroom of store <br />c) A visual inspection of the gas dispensers <br />d) Underground trench liner for all product lines <br />INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORE PERSONNEL <br />The store manager is to understand and make sure all store <br />understand the leak detection equipment that is in the store. <br />The manager is to check daily the leak alarm equipment in the <br />back room. <br />a) LEAK DETECTORS - This is a device that is underground in the <br />fuel system piping. There is one device per product. <br />
