The following information and attached documents will help you clear up <br />the Violations. <br />95 Corrected on site. <br />WARME[I)IMI-6 <br />111 sumps. The reason for the water in the <br />015 The water was removed from the 91& 87 f urn <br />fill sumps was the Spill Containers, were not properly attached to the manway lid. After <br />removing the manway lid for inspection and water removal the bolt holes in the Spill <br />Containers were retapped and properly attached to the manway lid. This should eliminate <br />future water intrusion. <br />3M (c -c) Attached is a copy of the 12/6/07 DO inspection with signature. A copy will be <br />left on site at next do visit. <br />(f) E loyee traiiiing: Varinder Pal needs training. He needs to be on site for training <br />11;21 4/Wonl. 08 @ 8:00 am. Greg Copp has left numerous request Varinder to be on site during <br />the Do visit and he has not attended. <br />Note: Spill Containers were tested and, all passed.
