Defendants be permanently restrained and enjoined from engaging in or <br />performing, directly or indirectly, any and all of the following acts: <br />a., Engaging in any acts in violation of Chapter 6.7, of the Health and Safety <br />Code, including but not limited to: <br />1. Violation of Health and Safety Code §25284(a)(1); <br />2. Violation of 22CCR §2637(x)(1); <br />3. Violation of 22CCR §2637(b); <br />4. Violation of 22CCR §2636(f)(4). <br />b. Engaging in any of the unlawful acts of unfair competition set forth in the <br />First and Second Cause of Action of this complaint, as well as any other violations of the <br />Business and Professions Code § 17200 - § 17208; including but not limited to: <br />1. Violation of Chapter 6.7, of the Health and Safety Code described <br />in paragraph 1 above. <br />2. For violation of the First Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a <br />civil penalty of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), for each violation, according to <br />proof but no less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00); <br />3. For violation of the Second Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a <br />civil penalty of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00), for each act of <br />unfair competition, in an amount according to proof but no less than ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00), pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17206. <br />4.
