9 SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232
Telephone: (209) 468-3420 Fax: (209) 468-3433 Web: www.sagov.org/ehd
UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT CONTINUED
Facility Bonfare #35 Facility 15 E. Grant, Trac Inspection Dec 10, 2013
Name: Address: y Date:
SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS
CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply)
This is a Routine and Monitoring System Certification inspection. The following Class II Repeat
Violation was observed during this inspection : #310
310 (Repeat). About 2.5 gallons of liquid was observed in each of the 87 -octane #1 and 87 -octane #2 fill
sumps. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be
removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste
determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that all
sumps including fill, STP, and UDC sumps are maintained free of liquid. Liquid was removed by
technician and disposed to Hazardous Waste container on site.
NOTES
Financial Responsibility Certification and CFO letter due in January 1, 2014.
The bolts of the spill bucket to the manhood lid for the 91 -octane fill sump are rusty and stripped, such
that the technician was not able to tighten the assembly for the spill bucket test. While the test passed,
EHD recommend repairing the all three fill sump manhood lid and spill bucket assemblies that will
prevent rain water or other liquid from entering the fill sump.
ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
EHD
UST INSPECTION REPORT
