Grant Line Rd, Tracy Inspection Dec 13, 2011 <br />Name: Address: <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a Routine and Monitoring Certification Inspection. The following are Minor -Notice to Comply <br />violations: 303, 310 <br />303. The 91 -octane STP sump sensor was raised approximately 4 inches off the lowest point of the <br />sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be <br />maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. Immediately relocate this <br />sensor to the lowest point of the sump. Sensor was repositioned on site by technician and violation was <br />corrected on site. <br />310. Liquid was observed in the 91 -octane fill sump and STP sump. If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid.
